A somber week behind us, we are moving forward and preparing for happier times.
Meet my in-laws. They'll celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary in January '09. I took this portrait of them a few weeks ago, for the invitation (which is to be finished asap). The photo was taken within a minute; they have that ability to look natural in front of the camera.
